"Very worn down, room smelled of smoke terribly even though non smoking, floors filthy, doors and trim falling apart. Was recently “renovated “ a few years ago by slapping on paint to try to cover flaws. Lobby had awful food smell. Appears management lives in the hotel/lobby full time. "

"Nice hotel. The bath water was warm but not hot. The stopper in the tub closed but wouldn’t open up. I had to pry it open. The room was nice and clean. The staff was excellent! Breakfast was good. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub. The soda machine took my money, and when I told the front desk attendant she said “yeah it took mine a few days ago” but obviously she didn’t label the machine as not working. "

"There were drugs and rolled up bill on cutting board. The power went out during our stay and the property managers basically did not care. Didn't respond to most messages. It was 26 inside the cabin and we weren't offered any blankets or anything I asked for a generator they said they didn't have one. We made the best out of a terrible situation but didn't get to use any of the amenities didn't get offered another night stay so that we could actually enjoy the amenities. I just felt like a paycheck and not an actual person staying on somebody else's property. "

"Staff was soo friendly upon arriving! Loved the looks and back story of the building! Loved the location in a quiet, put back, and safe place off of the freeway! Breakfast was amazing! Loved the french vanilla creamer for coffee! The pool and hot tub area was so relaxing and clean! Our room was pretty clean but few areas I was a little uncomfortable in at first due to other people's hair on the floor and in corners of the bathroom and on tub side! Other than that, the bathroom was pretty much clean! The room itself was spacious, cute and accommodating and mostly clean! Overall stay, I'd rate it all together a 4.8 out of 5! I do recommend this hotel though considering cleaning every knook and cranny isn't the easiest with multiple rooms! "
