This beautiful 2-bedroom 1 bathroom condo is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for cooking and barbecuing. Complementary wifi is included! Located across from the sand, it provides easy access to the beach, pool, BBQs, and courtyard. Facility equipped with private gated parking and laundry room on site. Enjoy the heated pool and jacuuzi year-round with gas grill area for fun around the pool. Take in the stunning ocean views from the front common deck, equipped with umbrella tables looking over the ocean. It’s a perfect spot for entertaining, or kick back and relax with your favorite beverage! This escape is the prime spot for the seaside vacation you have been longing for. Only a few blocks from downtown, there is an abundance of shopping, dining and activities for the entire family. After a day of fun, head to downtown and enjoy the award-winning variety of beers from IPAs, lagers, Ales to more interesting creations such as honey wine. Anyone visiting California to surf must put Rincon Point on their list of experiences. Carpinteria Bluffs Trail – A fantastic ocean view with an easy 2-mile-long hike that connects Carpinteria Bluffs Nature Preserve and Tar Pits Park. This trail is mostly flat and allows dogs so you can bring your four-legged friends along! The Harbor Seal Sanctuary viewing area is within Carpinteria Bluffs Nature Preserve where you can observe the harbor seals from a safe distance. Franklin Trail is one of the best hiking trails in the area set in the foothills just north of Carpinteria. The trail starts at the Franklin Trailhead and climbs up steep switchbacks along a wide road. In about 1.7 miles you will reach Frank’s Bench where you can take a rest break and enjoy spectacular views. Carpinteria is a large cyclist community. Jump on the new Santa Claus Lane bike trail and head up to the popular Santa Claus Lane shopping and restaurant district and beach, then continue on into Summerland. Take a 5-minute stroll to Amtrak Surfliner, and hop on the train for a fun day-trip to Santa Barbara! Having a parking space in a gated lot was fabulous. The king bed was comfortable. The twin was not comfortable. Things it needs, in my opinion: beach towels, pool towels, shampoo, conditioner, a shower rug, dishwasher detergent. The property manager was very nice and responded in a timely manner. The check in process could be improved with instructions to park first, get the gate opener from your condo and then park in the gated area. Check out required dropping the keys which is not necessary with a lock that is programmable (which was great). The couch allowed a great beach vibe with all of its stains. Some rugs would be nice.
