Housekeeping did not replace dirty glasses or replenish toilet paper, we had to go to desk to request. As well as pool towels that we left on the floor after 3 days, they just hung them up. Desk person was very friendly and accommodating. Hotel has so much potential, however no pool bar/cafe operating, which would have been convenient for lunch. The Thai restaurant that was open for dinner was fantastic. We had a terrace room with plenty of space, a chase or 2 would have been nice to use the space more.
