Unfortunately, this was a disappointing experience.The listing advertised a 6-bedroom duplex, but upon arrival we discovered it was actually two fifth-floor walk-up units in a multi-unit building with no elevator access. Guests must climb five flights of stairs to reach the units, which was not clearly conveyed in the listing.More concerning, the property does not have six private bedrooms. There are four enclosed bedrooms and two open loft sleeping areas with no doors or privacy. We specifically booked this property because we needed six bedrooms for our group. Had the listing accurately described the sleeping arrangements, we would have chosen another property.We contacted the property management company immediately after check-in. We were told twice that our concerns had been forwarded to management and that someone would get back to us. No one ever did. Meanwhile, we continued receiving automated messages asking about our stay and requesting five-star reviews.The lack of responsiveness was ultimately more frustrating than the property itself. We gave the management company multiple opportunities to address our concerns before involving Vrbo, but received no meaningful response.I would encourage future guests to carefully verify the bedroom configuration and accessibility requirements before booking.
