We had a large group of people plus small children. Location was great. Very close to the beach. We had a few minor issues but resolved very quickly.A few suggestions when listing. Should be 2 bedrooms and a loft for both condos. Also it's on the 3rd floor with a lot of stairs.It served our purpose and everyone liked the place

Unfortunately, this was a disappointing experience.The listing advertised a 6-bedroom duplex, but upon arrival we discovered it was actually two fifth-floor walk-up units in a multi-unit building with no elevator access. Guests must climb five flights of stairs to reach the units, which was not clearly conveyed in the listing.More concerning, the property does not have six private bedrooms. There are four enclosed bedrooms and two open loft sleeping areas with no doors or privacy. We specifically booked this property because we needed six bedrooms for our group. Had the listing accurately described the sleeping arrangements, we would have chosen another property.We contacted the property management company immediately after check-in. We were told twice that our concerns had been forwarded to management and that someone would get back to us. No one ever did. Meanwhile, we continued receiving automated messages asking about our stay and requesting five-star reviews.The lack of responsiveness was ultimately more frustrating than the property itself. We gave the management company multiple opportunities to address our concerns before involving Vrbo, but received no meaningful response.I would encourage future guests to carefully verify the bedroom configuration and accessibility requirements before booking.

I will list the pros and cons of my stay below:Pros - proximity to beach, having a community pool, having a total of 4 parking spaces for Unit D23 and D24, and an understanding rental management company that tried to help with my multitude of issues (listed below). Cons - air conditioning didn't work well in August during daytime. The old HVAC system couldn't keep up in Unit D23. The management company said they'll replace it during the offseason. -The electricity didn't work in the Loft one night due to a GFCI outlet that needed to be reset. The outlet was located downstairs in the bathroom away from the loft, since it was hard to find, it took almost a day to locate and reset. Without electricity, the fans didn't turn on so the loft was unusable the first night. -Initially, I was confused about the layout of the house because the posting wasn't clear if the loft was a loft or a bedroom. It's a loft and that's clear now on the posting. -Approximately 3 hours after leaving, there was miscommunication between the housekeeper and the rental property saying that tenants were still inside the property. I received a voicemail telling me to vacate the property immediately or they would proceed with further action even though I was already at my own home. They apologies for the error.
