Great location. Easy access to the beach. Property was in good condition. Only issues were that we were unaware of where the pool key was initially, that wasn't addressed in the check-in information. Also, the only outside shower was in the pool area which required the key.

We spent our Friday afternoon/night looking for overnight parking as we were unaware only one parking was available for a 2 bedroom rental. I reached out about parking & received vague delayed responses. Bathtub was filled with hair/stains, mattress were stained, dishes were dirty, tabletops were dirty, and floors were terrible. The bunk bed was shaking a lot as my son tried to climb to the top bed, I had to purchase an air mattress as it was unsafe for him to sleep on the top bed. I have visited Carolina Beach several times over the years, this was the worst rental!
