"Lovely place to stay, beach perfect for the dogs and people all very friendly. Accommodation good, could have been much better with a welcome pack! The steps were a challenge, I consider myself quite fit but 74steps to climb with luggage not easy, added to which my husband scraped his car on the hand rail while trying to park on the tricky slope. The views were amazing from the deck as expected."

"Fantastic property on a very well maintained site. Over 100 chalets on site but it never felt too busy. Bar and restaurant on site also, food can be ordered online which is then delivered to your door. Only 5 mins from perrenporth and at Agnes beaches."

"Newhaven is a spacious house with a lovely garden in a brilliant location in Porthleven. There is lots of room downstairs with a kitchen, separate dining room and living room. Upstairs two good sized bedrooms, plus a bunk room which is suitable for young children. The house could do with a bit of TLC but that is reflected in the price. We had a few concerns at first but the landlady responded immediately to everything. With two toddlers and two dogs in our party we found the location only two...

"A perfect base for us to explore the local area. Beautifully clean and well maintained throughout. The cottage is very comfortable and well equipped with a lovely relaxing outdoor space (complete with sneaky views of the sea). We made the most of the body boards in the shed - very useful! Perfectly located for 5ish minute walk to Carbis Bay beach and a walk or train to St Ives. Steep hills but the pain is over very quickly! I would highly recommend Little Coombe."

"We booked this property because it was located right on a holiday park with facilities. Accommodation & location was really lovely but the park was extremely disappointing, the swimming was so overbooked we didn’t bother a second time, appeared short staffed, drinks ran out at bar, restaurant was closed at peak times with no notice, when it was open the service was poor, entertainment very poor for a half term. "Ian was very helpful given Vrbo platform comms was awful (App may be better). Had a lovely couple of days stay and excellent local dog walking and Beach a short walk too. Cottage was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Well positioned for local coastal adventuring. Would recommend arriving in day light as the car park is not lit and access for unloading everything was not that straightforward! Otherwise a great stay."
