"It would have been good if we had been allocated the room we stayed in previously which we had been told by email had been arranged. We like the hotel: the staff, a room overlooking the sea, free for dogs, decent breakfast and easy access to walks and the town. And the station is not too far away."

"Hotel and spa fab. Staff lovely. Enjoyed food and drinks in the bars/restaurants. Spa great and relaxed vibe across hotel. Only reason to drop a star was our room was quite noisy at night possibly from fans outside? Room 331 Would return 👍"

"Lovely hotel stay, we very much enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again. We had a couple of small issues that were rectified straight away. Lovely and quiet in our courtyard upstairs bedroom, comfy bed and spacious bathroom."

Great Western Hotel

"I liked this hotel, and it is in a great location. We had 2 rooms with sea views, and that was great. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful and the staff were generally fantastic. I had a bit of an issue the first night with our room and wind whistling through a window, but I was moved with no qualms to a much bigger room that was much better. I believe this was a family room. The hotel is a bit of a warren to navigate as it is quite sprawling, but this is a minor thing in my eyes. I would go back"
