Appartement bien situé et bien équipé

Situation idéale pour se rendre au centre-ville et à la plage en 5 minutes à pied. Pour le reste : confort médiocre du matelas du clic-clac, porte d’entrée qui coince, coupure d’électricité inopinée la nuit, absence de wifi, entretien perfectible : faux contact dans une lampe de chevet, plusieurs ampoules grillées (spot, réfrigérateur) écoulement du lavabo très lent…

Confort moyen

Location de l’appartement pour une semaine . Ménage n’avait pas été fait depuis longtemps autour du canapé lit … alèse tachée … des poils en quantité … bref heureusement qu’une équipe de ménage est revenue pour tout nettoyer … mais le canapé lit est bien en canapé mais pas du tout en lit : le matelas n’est pas très épais, le sommier est déformé , bref 1* pour le confort lit 3* pour le reste… Ps la télécommande ne convient pas à la tv , impossible de remettre en français ..

Beau studio, bien situé à 2mn du centre ville et 3 mn de la plage, au calme (sauf le cri sans cesse des mouettes). Surprenant au début. Studio vaste, bien équipé et coquet, avec belle terrasse. Vu agréable sur des pins. Bonne accueil d'INTERHOME Carnac et le suivi par mail de notre dossier est très clair.

Il est nécessaire de vérifier la clé qui ouvre les portes du parking quand nous sommes arrivés elle ne fonctionnait pas Dans la salle de bain un tapis au sol pour éviter de glisser au sortir de la douche et un portant pour les vêtements seraient les bienvenus La localisation du studio est très bien plage thalasso commerces à proximite

Super Lage, Luftlinie 150 m zum Strand

Das Apartment ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Leider herrscht auf dem gesamte Anwesen ein enormer Investitionsstau (schade). Im grossen Innenhof stehen viele alte Nadelbäume, die dem ganzen Ensemble eine besondere Note verleihen. Alle Eigentümer:innen und Mieter:innen waren sehr ruhig und oftmals betagt.

studio bien agencé dans un environnement agréable , il manque seulement un meuble pour ranger les vetements car les étagères du placard sont trop hautes et insuffisantes .Idéalement situé , au calme , tout en étant très près de la plage et des commerces de Carnac plage
