It was super comfortable and the owners communicated so well. Even though it was a shared house, with the cottage attached, there was privacy. There was a firepit and tables to sit outside, which we did and enjoined as we sat to eat outside. We were absolutely delighted - the esthetic was so effortless but cool and the grounds are absolutely gorgeous and peaceful. We found ourselves looking forward to coming back after a long day of exploring in Carmel to sit around the outside fire in our comfy clothes chatting it up over wine. Itā€™s super cozy and the beds are extremely comfortable - loved the linens. I have the sweetest memories of that place with my three besties. Angee the host was quick to respond to all my queries and even gave me an extensive list of awesome suggestions. The drive into Carmel is beautiful and we didnā€™t mind the 10/15 min drive at all.
