Magnolia - Carmel House - A Carmel Classic

  • Relax under the magnolia tree and watch the wildflowers grow from the shared backyard (the cottage behind the garage is rented separately). The central location of this 3-bedroom, 2-bath home allows easy access to all the splendors of Carmel—from downtown shops, galleries, and restaurants to hiking trails and beaches. It’s all on one level except for a step-down den with a large TV, fireplace, two swivel chairs and a leather loveseat. The main living room features a second fireplace and a piano, the dining area seats six, and the kitchen has quartz countertops, a 5-burner gas cooktop and stainless appliances. French doors in the breakfast nook open to a deck facing the backyard. The master suite (King bed) has a private bath with a shower and a jacuzzi tub; the second guestroom has a Queen, and the third has two Twins. Both bedrooms share a hall bath with a stall shower. Driveway and street parking. Note: The back cottage has a long term tenant and is not part of the rental. Carmel TOT certificate: 002279
