Great little gem. Friendly staff, clean rooms and very confy beds.

My wife and I booked 2 nights in this Bed & Breakfast establishment because we thought it looked fantastic and the reviews were excellent and we had promised ourselves a special break away from home that was something to remember. We were greeted by Ian and Hazel who showed us to our room and they freely offered us everything that we had hoped for. we were made welcome as soon as we arrived, the rooms are big and so are the bathrooms. the value for money was exceptional. free parking and a nice english breakfast included in the price.all in all fab stay

The hotel is a definite 11/10 it is stunning. The fact that it is only 2 minutes from the shops and 10 minutes walk to the lake makes it even better and the views are incredible. Breakfast was perfect as well and the staff were fantastic and so friendly and welcoming. Very highly recommend. Can’t wait to go back.

This was the best B&B by far I have ever stayed in. The room was spotless and a very comfy bed. The full Cumbrian breakfast was delicious and plenty of it, There was also a good alternative menu aswell. But if you decide to have an evening meal you are in for a real treat. Darryl is a trained Chef and the meals he serves are amazing.

Room large and very clean. Lovely small hotel with a beautiful restaurant. Very quiet at night. Highly recommended

The staff couldn’t have been more welcoming they were superb. We were sorry the restaurant and bar were shut and there was no hot option for breakfast. (We stayed Sunday to Monday)

This is in the most beautiful location and the staff are so helpful and the breakfast was amazing. You have parking facilitates and they gave us the most yummy flapjack on arrival. I lovely place to stay and feel comfortable with lovely residents.

The service here is brilliant. A family run establishment where there are toys for children and an outdoor play area. The working farm environment and beautiful scenary add atmosphere. The rooms are clean and comfortable amd the breakfast was amazing. We will definitely return.

exellent hotel and staff. room was clean and comfortable with tea and coffee.breakfast was as goodas i have ever had and there was nothing too much trouble for alison i would recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again real soon
