"Melvin was the best! We were part of the elegance club and he was so helpful with getting reservations for dinner and making sure we had what we needed! The food was ok, we ventured to some of the other majestic properties next door and their food was definitely better."

"Staff very accommodating. Front desk was able to address an issue in our room effectively and were able to move us to a different room. Rooms are spacious and cleaned daily and the facility is in the best location. Steps to the beach and pool. Never felt overly crowded. We love HI Aruba and have come back multiple times."
