Its location allows you to enjoy a pleasant and convenient setting, with shops approximately 300 metres away and the ocean 5 km away, offering a perfect balance between nature, relaxation and seaside activities. The house has a spacious and comfortable living room including a table, chairs, a sofa, a television, storage spaces and air conditioning, ensuring a pleasant stay in all seasons. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with a sink, ceramic hobs, an oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, storage cupboards, as well as crockery and kitchen utensils. Coffee makers, kettle and toaster complete the equipment for optimal daily comfort. The night space consists of two rooms, each fitted with a double bed of 140 cm and a wardrobe.
