Cozy private suite with air conditioning and Wi-Fi, 3 minutes from a beautiful waterfall

Private, compact and simple suite — ideal for short stays, beach trips and waterfall visits. Not an entire home.

Located in a quiet residential area. The suite is about a 3-minute walk from a waterfall, but it is not in a tourist area or beachfront. This is a simple accommodation, perfect for rest and as a base for exploring beaches and nature.

There is no garage. Street parking is available in front of the property (public space). Outdoor areas are monitored by security cameras facing the street.
Ideal for a simple, budget-friendly and peaceful stay.

A true nature escape.
Perfect for guests who value experiences over luxury, this space offers a unique connection with nature. Located just a 3-minute walk from a waterfall and right next to Serra do Mar State Park (Caraguatatuba Unit), it's an ideal base for exploring one of Brazil's most preserved natural areas.
With advance booking through the park's official website, you can enjoy birdwatching, guided trails with park rangers, and visit the wildlife museum inside the park.
After a day surrounded by nature, return to a quiet, simple and comfortable space designed for rest and privacy.
