"Good breakfast, indoor and outdoor pools and gym all good. Not in walking distance to local restaurants, and its own restaurant had limited choice and small portions. Quality of the food not of usual standard for a four star hotel. Staff very friendly though and there is a free shuttle bus to the beach front."

"Rooms and common areas were very clean. My room was accommodated with a large wall mounted cable TV, with multiple channels. European buffet breakfast (0730 - 1100) was excellent. If checking out before 0730, a free to-go snack is available. Request at least a day before checkout. With 24 hour front desk service, the entire staff was extremely hospitable, accommodating, and knowledgeable of the area and Lisbon. Each were very helpful and professional. Room service meals were cooked to order, very delicious, with nice sized portions - a treat. Rooms with standing-only balconies are larger than the rooms with balconies that will accommodate a chair or two."

"We cam with our family and chose this property because it had a pool. t was one of our criteria when searching on Hotels.com. To our disappointment it was not available for Children. The room service was very poor quality of food. The staff were not well trained and although quite polite they were not very helpful."

"The room is clean and nice. Ours is on the fourth floor facing the santa justa elevator...very nice. The hotel is located at a convenient place with easy access to Rossio and Baixa-Chiado metro stations as well as Rossio train station. There are so many nice restaurants and shops in the vicinity. Re. facilities, there was no kettle in the room so we asked for one so that we could make tea ourselves. There were 4 coffee pods provided for the entire stay as they were not replenished after consumption. The same applied to the bottle water. The hotel could well be more generated on these fronts. Members of staff at the reception were polite and helpful. Shame that the lobby of the hotel is so small. Did not have breakfast in the hotel and so could not comment on this."

"I was here for business and really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The pool was very cold and the outside area being surrounded by tall buildings meant the sun disappeared quickly early in the evening. Apart from that it was a very lovely stay. "

"Seaview is utter heaven. Food is fantastic - best club sandwich ever. Bar can be noisy but the sound of the ocean is louder, pure bliss. Buffet in the evening only 24€ each including drinks - really good choice. We will be back ❤️"
