"This was the perfect spot for a vacation in Cape Cod! The unit was very clean and the check-in process was seamless. Their communication was great as well. All of the other hotels in the area were incredibly expensive, so this was the perfect alternative for a more affordable stay. Couldn't recommend it enough!"

"This property was so lovely and welcoming. The house had everything we needed, the garden was so pretty. There are steep steps to the upstairs bedroom so not the best for older visitors. There was an awesome outdoor shower, the location was great. Close enough to beaches and ponds, it was a pleasure to stay there."

"Location, grounds and amenities were great for the Cape. Beautiful beach. Beautiful hotel. Beautiful grounds. The staff at the beach were nice and helpful. But check-in staff were incredibly rude to basically everyone who I saw there - our room still wasnt ready by 4pm check-in and they made it my problem that the room was not available. Multiple other families checking in at the same time all had their own complaints - another family booked with a pet and not given a pet room and now being told it was an issue when they showed up with their dog. Another family just feeling like they were rude. Never seen that before in a hotel of this pricepoint that the check-in universally seemed to leave everyone feeling annoyed. I would stay here again, just expect the staff to be rude. Except for the guys at the beach - they were awesome and super helpful."

"A wonderful place to stay in Chatham. Literally a five minute drive to the pier fish market, Main Street and the beach. Check in was easy and the staff person was very helpful in pointing out places to eat and places to go both in Chatham and nearby Orleans. The room was very clean, spacious and the turn down service was excellent. They have a great pool and hot tub. They also have a koi fish pond that is beautiful. We especially enjoyed the outdoor tables in the courtyards of each area. We were able to bring back lobster rolls from the fish market and enjoy a nice al fresco dinner. We then ran into the cleaning who offered to take our garbage from us, which was so helpful as it prevented us from stinking up the room. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone staying n Chatham. Well worth it!"

"It was easy to check-in to the property. It was clean and just as described. It was actually larger than what I thought which was great for my family traveling with me. The kitchen was well stocked. And it was close to beaches and other attractions. We all enjoyed staying here!"

"Very nice and spacious house on a quiet cul-de-sac. The house was clean upon arrival and check-in was a breeze. The cabinets were bare other than glassware, dishes and silverware so you'll have to bring your own cooking spices, cooking spray, etc... Couldn't find any placemats either so we got some at the store. We had a great week going back and forth to the beach. We all loved the outdoor shower and the grill worked really well for cooking. It's in a great location too, so getting everywhere we wanted to go was quick and easy. Very nice stay altogether. Would definitely rent this place again if it's available when we go."
