This home has just undergone a complete renovation, including a new heated pool with a fresh liner, central A/C, new hardwood flooring throughout, a modern kitchen with all-new stainless steel appliances, updated bathrooms, brand-new indoor and outdoor furniture, new TVs, a new grill and gas fire pit, custom-built shelving, and a fully finished basement featuring ping pong and air hockey. We are located just 2.8 miles (about a 5–7 minute drive) from Nickerson State Park, which offers scenic Cliff Ponds and trails perfect for freshwater swimming, fishing, hiking, biking, paddling, and canoeing. A walking shortcut to the park is also available. Within a 7-minute drive, you’ll find Crosby Landing, Linnell Landing, and Ellis Landing—just a few of Brewster’s many beautiful beaches. Ocean Edge Resort & Golf Club is only 6 minutes away, where guests can enjoy golf, fine dining, spa services, and a variety of activities. It’s impeccably clean and beautifully appointed, just as shown in the photos. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything we needed, making our stay even more convenient. We had enough room to spread out but also great common space for us all to be together. The pool was awesome. Nice quiet street which was good for kids to ride their bikes and adults to walk/jog. The house was perfectly laid out. The pool was ideal, especially with the fence surrounding it. The large back yard was great for the kids to run around. Great house for entire family. Well stocked house which is so convenient. House is in a great location, easy to get to area beaches and venues. The neighborhood is very quiet and great for walking. The yard is nice and pool an added bonus. The host provides beach chairs, umbrellas and sand toys. Garage comes in very handy to store beach things and bikes. My entire family enjoyed our stay. The house was charmingly furnished and the beds were comfortable. AC was available for each room separately and the kitchen was extremely well equipped. The back patio is also lovely and the pool was the cherry on top. The driveway has room for three cars which worked very well for us. The house is centrally located on the Cape and close to many restaurants and attractions in nearby Orleans, Dennis, Barnstable and Yarmouth among others. Highly recommended. ##### David P.
