Summary: 18820 - Poolside Pause: Private In-Ground Pool and Central AC! The Space: Located in Brewster is Poolside Pause, featuring a spacious layout and heated in ground pool. This home is beautifully updated with plenty of space for the whole family! Entering through the side entrance you will immediately notice the large kitchen with center island and separate sidebar area. Whether you are artfully preparing the perfect vacation dinner or crafting the ideal cocktail to enjoy on the back deck you will have plenty of room to do either (or both!). A king bedroom with an en suite full bathroom is located off the kitchen. Also on the main floor is the dining area, a family room with TV and half bathroom and a separate front living room with a sitting area. A washer and dryer are located in a closet directly off the kitchen. At the top of the stairs you will find two side by side full bathrooms with shower/tub combos which will certainly make getting ready to go vacation adventuring easier (and quicker!). There are four bedrooms upstairs–two with king beds, one with two twin beds and one with a twin bed/full bed bunk bed which the kids will love! In the back of the house is the full, heated, in-ground pool which is certain to be a favorite of the children and adults. The house was spacious, perfect for a large or extended family or two small families. The house was recently updated and was clean and well maintained, with all the amenities we needed. We even received a lovely welcome basket from Del Mar with a bottle of wine and snacks and another with small bottles of shampoo and conditioner and soap. The pool was heated and beautiful and clean, and there was a nice outdoor seating area both poolside and on the deck for eating. Property was as advertised and Del Mar was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed.
