The owners, Kurt & Kana, are great hosts, providing your every need. The breakfast every morning was delicious with fresh fruit & ingredients from their farm as well as their own grown Kona coffee! We enjoyed our stay here!

Kurt and Kana were wonderful hosts. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay with them! Kana made us a wonderful breakfast each morning. We got to try lots of tropical fruits they grew on their land, and the coffee was amazing. It was so peaceful and quiet, we could hear the waves from the few miles away the beach is. Kurt recommended some really good places to eat and beaches to go to. The sunset from the lanai was so gorgeous. The view was breathtaking. The bed was comfy. We also liked the water pressure in the shower. Also whatever soap they have for guests in the shower smells amazing and the shampoo and conditioner made my hair feel soft and look shiny. If we ever find ourselves back on the Big Island, we’re definitely going to stay here again! I would recommend The Edge to anyone and everyone.

Definate feeling of getting away from it all. Amazing views. Fantastic hosts and hospitality. Road is a little rough and might be hard to find in the dark. Had a great stay!

The private suite has a beautiful panoramic view from the room and a private balcony. The hosts, Kurt and Cana, are warm and welcoming. The breakfasts varied every day, including local fruits and coffee from their property.

Kurt and his wife were excellent hosts; they were very welcoming and knowledgeable about the island and things to do. We loved the daily farm-to-table style breakfast, the variety of fresh fruit was incredible! The room was well furnished and the view from the patio was simply breathtaking. Hidden away on the hill side with coffee farm around and beautiful views over the ocean. The best coffee ever and delicious breakfast served by fantastic host. The host also knows the island very well and is full of advise and information. Very interesting and very helpful. I would recommend anyone to stay at this fantastic place.

Edge of the world is a great place to stay as a base to visit big island for a good budget. Room was big and clean and view from the balcony was awesome! Road to get there is a bit bumpy, but we could do it in a Camaro so any car can make it!

Excellent service. I can't expect any better. The staff were great, very helpful and extremely kind. I would like to thank them again and again. The breakfast was delicious. The view on the deck was beautiful. The drive to the property was scary, though.
