We loved the daily farm-to-table style breakfast, the variety of fresh fruit was incredible! The room was well furnished and the view from the patio was simply breathtaking. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay with them! Kana made us a wonderful breakfast each morning. We got to try lots of tropical fruits they grew on their land, and the coffee was amazing. It was so peaceful and quiet, we could hear the waves from the few miles away the beach is. Kurt recommended some really good places to eat and beaches to go to. The sunset from the lanai was so gorgeous. The view was breathtaking. The bed was comfy. We also liked the water pressure in the shower. Also whatever soap they have for guests in the shower smells amazing and the shampoo and conditioner made my hair feel soft and look shiny. If we ever find ourselves back on the Big Island, we’re definitely going to stay here again! Kurt and Caena were the ideal hosts. They provided us with a welcoming atmosphere into their home. The breakfasts provided were healthy and delicious. The setting on a coffee plantation enabled us to enjoy nature while relishing their warm hospitality. The only challenge is that to reach the inn requires driving on unpacked roads. It was raining when we first arrived and our GPS stopped working. We called and Caena drove out to meet us and lead us to her home. The next day she led us out to the highway to ensure that we were familiar with the route.
