Each apartment has a living area and kitchen, flat screen TV with satellite channels, bathroom and bedroom. The kitchen is complete with microwave, fridge, oven and kettle. All the furnishings are new, the structure was inaugurated in 2019. The "Azzurra" accommodation has 6 beds and is located on the first floor of a building 400 meters from the port and the beach of Marina Grande. It consists of a bedroom, a small bedroom, a living room with sofa bed, kitchen and a large bathroom with shower has a roof terrace of 120 square meters. with a superb view of the sea and the Gulf of Naples. Completely renovated, it is equipped with air conditioning and heating. In front there is a small supermarket and the bus stop. In five minutes on foot you can reach the beach of Marina Grande. Aquamarine offers free transfer service from the port both on arrival and departure. This property was everything we wanted in a stay on Capri. The owner and his father made sure our check in was smooth and comfortable, orientating us on the island, recommendations as well as methods of public transportation available. The property is located directly across from a grocery store and a bus stop which makes it ideal. Additionally, it is an easy walk to the port but also in a very quiet location. The roof deck was absolutely gorgeous. The hosts, Simone and his dad, were super helpful. They picked us up at the marina, showed us the unit, booked us a boat reservation for a very reasonable price, booked us a restaurant reservation, answered any questions that we had, and were amazing. They went above and beyond for sure. The only constructive criticism is that the bathroom had a moldy smell and the shower didn't drain which was less than ideal. I am absolutely sure Simone and his dad will fix this and I would definitely stay here again. Tip: there is a bus stop out front but the buses weren't stopping for us because they were full. Don't waste time and take the 5-10 walk down to the marina's bus station so you can get the first bus available to go to Anacapri. ##### Ian J. Breakfast was not included but Simone left plenty off pastries and drinks for the week (which was NOT expected but greatly appreciated)! Simone checked in with us regularly and made several reservations for us, including for dinners, the beach club and an amazing boat tour around the island. The apartment alone would've been enough for a great review but add the fact that Simone went above and beyond, and there are just not enough stars to give! Thank you, Simone!
