Just minutes away is Lacona, known for its long sandy beach equipped with bars, restaurants, and beach clubs.
Also nearby is the famous Acquarilli panoramic viewpoint, home to one of the island’s most iconic sea-view bars – ideal for unforgettable sunset aperitifs.

Arranged over three floors, the villa features 3 bedrooms (2 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with a double bed and a single bed), for a total of 7 sleeping places. The first floor boasts terraces with sea view, perfect for enjoying the fresh sea breeze.

The living room is large and welcoming, furnished with a big sofa and a dining table, designed to fully enjoy the shared spaces.

The kitchen is functional and fully equipped with everything needed to cook independently.

There are 2 bathrooms.

The villa is also equipped with Wi-Fi and air conditioning in all rooms, ensuring maximum comfort in every season.
