The apartment is ok but the price is too high, also in comparison with other apartments in this area. The kitchen area is quite dark and the communication and appearance of the housekeeping staff is difficult. The cover photo on Hotels.com of Apartment 302 of Manhattan Quarter is misleading - it is not in the high rise building Manhattan Suites located. The three-story Manhattan Quarter is only partially to see in the background on the right hand site. Check-in was simple and straight forward, parking secure. I was in a studio room and the facilities were fine, decent equipment in the kitchen although the fridge did smell somewhat. There were 4 windows all with blinds. Unfortunately one of the blinds would not close so I was woken up very early with the sunlight. The corridors are quite noisy too. One person in our group spent the entire stay sleeping on pads on the floor. For a luxury apartment, it didn’t meet our expectations. Some basic items were not provided. Messages to the call center were not responded to. Otherwise the place was safe and clean. This is a very spacious clean apartment, daily servicing, quiet and safe area , daily cleaning, and about 8-10 minute walk to shops. They do not have an air con, but have several fans in the unit. Please purchase a non stick frying pan, as your other pots are satisfactory for general cooking but the frying pan is useless. The only problem for us personally is the parking as we have a 2.5 metre high car, but we took a loan car whilst ours was in the garage so we were able to take advantage of the safe under ground parking.
