More like 1 star This hotel experience was bad from start to finish. We made a confirmed booking via hotels.com but received an email from the hotel 3 days before saying if we did not pay for the room within 6 hours the booking would be cancelled. We tried to pay via phone and email, doing everything we were asked, but received no confirmation of payment despite repeatedly asking. We arrived after a 6000 mile journey not kowing if we had a room or not. Upon arrival we were asked to pay and were allocated a room, 625\. This room had no windows to the outside, broken aircon and a tiny fan that made no difference to the stifling heat in the room.
