    Beautiful 3 bedroom apartment located in a secure complex within walking distance to the V&A Waterfront.

    The Space:
    This lovely 3 bedroom apartment is perfect for a family or friends looking to visit Cape Town.

    The apartment has an open-plan living, dining room and kitchen. This spacious room opens out onto a private balcony allowing in the fresh sea air.

    The Master bedroom has a lovely en-suite bathroom and balcony access with the ocean and complex views. The other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom and are cozy and welcoming.

    This apartment is conveniently located and beautifully equipped for any holiday makers.

    There is also access to a communal pool.

    Please be aware this apartment is in a quiet and residential estate and no noise is permitted after 10pm.

Great Location

Location was fantastic. Apartment overall was great except there were a lot of cockroaches. Security was sent to our room one night because a child cried, this seems a bit excessive by the neighbor over a child being upset.
