She recommended great hotel transfer drivers, day tour guides, restaurants and even helped us with shopping. Well located (walkable to waterfront, downtown etc). Easy über rides to all locations. Property was in great condition. Did not use the pool area as we were busy exploring Capetown. The building has its own car park and security, is well maintained and spotlessly clean. The apartment was absolutely superb, fully equipped and cleaned for us on a daily basis. It is situated just 15 minutes walk from the V&A Waterfront, and about the same if you wanted to walk down to Lord Street. The property had a small pool which we didn't get to use. About 15 min walk to V & A Waterfront...great in the day but in evening after 7pm the gate which provides access to walking distance of waterfront is locked. This means if you wanted to walk back at night there was an extra 15 mins walk to go round the long way into the property and via a walkway that didn't feel 100 percent safe. This meant you were forced to get a taxi.
