And while there's no TV, the opportunity it presents is even more precious: reconnecting with loved ones over fun-filled board game nights. Dive deep into conversations, laughter, and cherished moments at this unforgettable sea-view retreat.  
  
(You are able to connect a laptop via HDMI and sound cables: already connected to the TV for your convenience)  
  
This property is unfortunately not suitable for very young children as there is a steep drop off that is not fenced. There are larger pot plants and a little wooden section to prevent small accidents.   
  
The fireplaces in the image are unfortunately not functional. Fires are not able to be lit. There is a gas heater in the lounge for your comfort and convenience.   
  
The property has a gas grill for use on the patio.   
  
There are baboons that visit the area and thus windows and doors cannot be left open when unattended in the rooms.   
  
Please download Eskomsepush and add Zone 8 Simon’s Town in order to keep up to date with outages in the area. There is a UPS for the internet and loadshedding lights for the rest of the house.
