About this property
Welcome to Wisteria Cape House, just minutes to the beach.
- Wisteria Cape house is a beautifully renovated home, just minutes from the beach. This lovely 4 bedroom (5 bed)/3 bath home is a perfect escape to enjoy the fun of south west Florida.
Our home has a bright and spacious open floor plan. The bedrooms are split, the master is a on suite, are to the left and the 3 guest bedrooms are on the right rear of the home.
The home features a waterfront lanai and solar heated pool with outdoor living and dining spaces including a gas BBQ grill. There is also a child safety fence that can be put up if you are traveling with small children. The property includes a boat dock available as well.
House Rule:

Self-check-in with smart lock
- The BBQ grill must be cleaned prior to check out, if it has to be cleaned by the property manager there is an additional $50 charge
- Guests are welcome to dock their boat on the boat lift
- Must be 21+ to rent
- Cleaning Fee $250

- Renters must sign a pool waiver prior to arrival
