This home is a Beautiful spot. Loved the pool and outdoor patio area with a great close view of the canal right in the back yard. The house is spacious and accommodating. Large closets in each bedroom. Beds were comfortable. Large kitchen, love the kitchen counter chair stools. Could have better kitchen utensils (we just bought extra plastic forks, spoons and knives). Bring your own spices for cooking. We stayed here a month and truly enjoyed the home. Great restaurants and shopping everywhere. Fort Myers Beach and Bonita Springs Beach was Great@ Also pet friendly which is a plus.

A nice home, not quite luxurious, but with very spacious common area and MBR and MBath. Large TVs in every room. Spa is NOT heated and lanai needs screen repair but everything else was very good. We couldn’t reach the host for several days. We’d rent again if the spa heat and lanai are repaired.

Very disappointed with this house and the owner, first of all when I entered the property the AC was broken , I tried to call them and they never responded until the next day , second of all the owner was giving me attitude as if It was my fault that the air conditioning was broken , the pool was superr dirty and so was the jacuzzi, the house smelled like weed , the restrooms had toothpaste stains , in short I had to rent another property the next afternoon because my children were super hot that my nephew almost fainted, I tried calling the company so they could help me get my money back but the owner said she is not giving me any refund back because I broke the screen at the pool area , and that i took my dog with me and the property said it was pet friendly… I can’t believe this for real , instead of relaxing I got super stressed and iam a sick person with anxiety and digestion conditions and I can’t stress my self like that , so upset and sad . Please people be very careful before renting a house, and please take photos when you enter a property and also when you leave so if something like this happens you have proof to defend your self .
