Outstanding host, spacious/clean home and beautiful location! Had everything we needed to enjoy our stay and more! Kids loved the ping pong/pool table, fishing off the back dock and of course, the incredible pool! Had such a great time, we will definitely be back!

EVERYTHING WAS AWESOME AND CLEAN. LOTS OF EXTRAS IN HOUSE LIKE BEACH CHAIRS TOWELS FISHING GEAR ETC. ALSO SOME AMAZING CHOCOLATES AND WINE!

The house was in a really convenient location but quiet enough to not have a lot of traffic. Spacious rooms and offered a lot of privacy. Nicely decorated, the pool was fantastic and enjoyed sitting outside by the fire and being able to grill dinner.

Lots of space and plenty of towels. The owner even provides extra trash bags and toilet paper. A huge plus is the no electric bill later Enjoyed the wonderful pool and separated bedrooms Can’t wait to go back

The best home we have ever rented for a trip by far. The home was incredibly clean, inside and out. It was stocked with all necessities needed to stay comfortably. The pool was clean as well. Close to stores and shopping without the cramped feel having neighbors. The property manager was a dream to deal with, extremely helpful through the whole stay. We will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved our stay here and will look at its availability first when choosing our vacation home next year. House was described and pictured perfectly. Check in and out was a breeze. Property manager Diana went above and beyond! A bottle of wine, chocolates and a heart felt card was icing on the cake!! Thank you, we will be back!!

My wife and I stayed here the first week of May 2026. This home is very maintained and was very clean and orderly. All the cleaning and bath supplies are provided. Most of the popular eating establishments are within 10 minutes.The patio is very clean and we used the barbecue grill a couple times. I would definitely recommend renting this house.

We spent a week in Cape Coral and this house is very large for the area and the layout was great for my family with two adult children, my husband and my father in law. The outside space was particularly nice with the pool, grill and comfortable seating. The beds were comfortable and the house had all the amenities we needed including a pool table and large living room. We also enjoyed fishing off of the dock right behind the house. The house has obviously been recently updated and was very clean. The neighborhood was great for taking walks and very convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and to the bridge to visit the beaches at Fort Myers and Sanibel.
