In the winter months, pool heat is preset to 85 degrees but can be adjusted higher or lower upon request. LED pool lights run for 3 hours each evening (also adjustable upon request). Relax with a drink from the poolside beverage fridge, gather around the outdoor dining table for an al fresco meal, or challenge the group to a game of bocce ball in the yard. Beach essentials including chairs, coolers, umbrellas, plus pool floats are provided for your stay.

We stayed for a month and found the kitchen very well stocked with all sorts of cooking utensils/pans. Laundry was a plus staying for that length of time. Our doggy loved it too and having the fenced yard made it easier. Neighborhood is nice/quiet with Ft Myers and Sanibel about 35 min away. Plenty of grocery stores and oh!! The heated pool and the lanai were amazing and relaxing

Excellent!

The house is just beautiful as is the pool and patio. We completely enjoyed our stay. Plenty of towels which is hard with 4 women staying there! Great location to see the area and go to the beaches. Hope to get to stay again!

We loved the house. It was the first time traveling with our dog and this property worked great. Very safe for him in the yard. The pool was awesome. Temperature was great. House was very clean. Great location for shopping, dinner and beaches. Very happy with the house and the property management staff.
