Sands Park was completed in 2023 with Tennis, Basketball, 4 Pickleball courts, bocce ball courts, cornhole, walking paths, and a playground. it is located within a 5 minute walk from the house.

All three bedrooms upstairs have balconies overlooking the water and nature preserve. Downstairs bedrooms open to the outside.
