  • House located walking (5min) distance from downtown, major restaurants and entertainment, 5 min drive to Yacht Club beach, Gulf access, from house to Caloosahatchee River by boat is 15 min, you can dock at the seawall (fenders in place). Private pool is heated, and screen enclosed with a Panoramic Lenai. This is a single home, no HOA, no club.
