This Cozy 3/2 pool home with plenty of natural light.. Completely updated home with beautifull scenery just outside your back door. Screen in pool and boat dock. There will be an extra charge for the dock usage. There is plenty of
Room to bring the whole family. Close to the beach and many restaurants. Is located near the yacht club and world famous The Boathouse Tiki bar & Grill.
Garage has been transform to a game room with pool table,arcade games,smart tv,darts and others, just look at the pics.
We allow one pet maximum weight 20 lbs. There is a $100 pet fee per stay.

Home away from home

We found this home to be very inviting and pleasant as soon as you walk in. The vacation beach vibe was instant. The open concept gives you a clear veiw of the beautiful pool area and has many areas to sit, relax and enjoy your stay. Our family is already talking about enjoying this home next year so yes, we highly recommend this property.

Cape Coral

Very nice and clean. Completely remodeled very beachy! A little confused on pet friendly. Do allow pet but can not go in bedrooms or be on furniture basically needed to crate dog anytime we were at the house other than that very nice great pool and tons of activities games etc at the house.
