An entertainer's dream, the outdoor bar and kitchen, private fenced in heated pool, and large lanai with sliding doors into the primary and living room. Pool toys, inflatables, and board games available for hours of fun. Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, a washing machine, and included linens during your stay. Relax in one of the two bathrooms available, both equipped with rain spa showers, with the primary boasting an oversized soaking tub. Each bedroom has their own equipped smart TV. Book now and stay close to area attractions! Only 5 minutes to Matlacha, 10 minutes to Pine Island, 20 minutes to downtown Fort Myers, and 20 minutes to historic downtown Punta Gorda. This modern oasis is also close to area attractions including Sunseekers Resort, Sanibel, Naples, and Boca Grande. Home is also 5 minutes to a public boat launch. No garage access. Wonderful modern, clean vacation house!

Fantastic new property. Everything was new and so clean! The beach and pool towels were a great addition. The beach chairs were also so appreciated! Allison was so nice and quick to respond to questions. It was the perfect cozy house for a girls trip. The pool was warm and the tanning ledge was perfect. Will definitely stay here again if we come back!
Stayed 3 nights in Feb 2025
