Many on-site amenities including pool or ping-pong, corn hole, fishing off the dock or taking the kayaks down the wide eternity canal. We also have an in-home gym to keep up with your workouts!! Outdoor kitchen & BBQ for sunset dining. There is something for the whole family to enjoy!

We created this resort-style experience for any occasion whether you are having a family reunion or a romantic getaway! The goal is to create great memories surrounded by paradise.The desirable neighborhood is great for daily walks, bike rides or runs. We are minutes away from Cape Harbour and Tarpon Point Marinas as well as the NEW Sands Park that has pickleball, tennis, putting green, beach volleyball, basketball courts and a playground. Something for everyone! Bring your own boat or rent one locally from our Gulf access property. Plenty of space to gather or places to have your privacy. WIFI throughout the home.

Our family of 11 had a great time at this property. It was exactly as described - all of the outdoor spaces were absolutely perfect with plenty of “extras” for our children to use. The communication was also excellent and we would come back in a heartbeat.
