You will have exclusive, 100% private access to the entire property. Treat Gulf Paradise as your own vacation home.

• The Villa: All 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the chef`s kitchen, and the laundry room are fully accessible.
• The Garage: You are welcome to use the double garage to keep your cars cool and secure (fits 2 cars). The driveway accommodates up to 4 additional vehicles.
• Storage: The only space off-limits is a locked owner`s closet near the kitchen, used to store cleaning supplies to keep the villa stocked for your stay.

PARKING RESTRICTION (Strict Local Law)

Please note that RVs, trailers, and boats are NOT permitted in the driveway due to strict Cape Coral city ordinances. To avoid fines, please plan accordingly.

We believe your vacation is yours to enjoy. We have designed a fully contactless experience so you can relax without interruptions.

• 100% Privacy: We will not be present at the property during your stay. You have the entire villa to yourself.
• Digital Concierge: We are available 7 days a week via the Airbnb app to answer questions, recommend local spots, or help with the smart home features. We pride ourselves on fast response times!
• Local Support Team: While we manage the experience digitally, we have a trusted network of local maintenance pros and cleaners on standby in Cape Coral should any physical issue arise that requires immediate attention.

To ensure a 5-star experience, here are a few important details about your stay:

​PREMIUM POOL HEAT (Included):

We offer pool heating at no extra cost! To ensure it is ready for your arrival, please request this service in advance.
• ​Target Temperature: Our advanced equipment is set to heat the water up to a soothing 95°F (35°C).
• ​Not a Spa: Please note this is a full-sized swimming pool, not a hot tub or jacuzzi. While 95°F is wonderfully warm for swimming, it does not reach `hot tub` temperatures (100°F+).
• ​Weather Conditions: While unusual for Florida, if ambient temperatures drop below 55°F (13°C), the electric heat pump may struggle to reach the target temperature.

​PROFESSIONAL MAINTENANCE:

To ensure the villa stays in resort-condition during your stay, we have scheduled professional teams:
• ​Pool Service: Occurs weekly (technicians enter the backyard via the side gate).
• ​Landscaping: Lawn maintenance occurs every two weeks.

​Privacy Note: Crew members will never enter the home; they service the outdoor grounds only.

​SECURITY & SMART HOME TECHNOLOGY:

Your safety and the property`s security are paramount. We utilize a state-of-the-art security system with 5 exterior AI-assisted cameras.
• ​Locations: Cameras cover the driveway, front entrance, both sides of the house, and the entire backyard (including the pool area).
• ​Noise Monitoring: These advanced cameras also assist in monitoring noise levels to ensure neighborhood tranquility. They measure decibels to prevent unauthorized parties but do NOT record private conversations.

​FLORIDA NATURE:

We maintain rigorous, professional pest control. However, in our tropical climate, nature is active. You may occasionally see small spiders, spiderwebs, lizards, or insects typical of the region. Helping us keep doors closed is the best way to keep nature outside!
