Please also note that even in Florida, winter temperatures may drop, which can cause pools to cool down overnight to varying degrees depending on their size. Therefore, consistently high water temperatures cannot be guaranteed at all times. Cancelation fee: For cancellations made at least 60 days prior to the arrival date; 95% of the grand total will be refunded to the tenant. For cancellations made within 60 days of arrival, no refund will be issued. Personal On-Site Check-In (Mandatory): For safety, insurance, and legal reasons, a personal on-site check-in on the day after arrival is mandatory. While initial access to the house is provided via code to allow flexible arrival times, we are required to personally verify that the guests present match the booking and to explain important house and safety information on site. The check-in takes place the day after arrival between 9:00 and 11:00 a.m. The person who made the booking must be present and provide valid identification. This appointment is an essential part of ensuring a safe and compliant stay. Pets: If a vacation home is listed as pet-friendly, guests may bring pets. The number of pets must be specified during the booking process. A pet fee of $25 per pet, per night applies. If a property is not designated as pet-friendly, pets are not permitted. It’s lovely and open, and was very clean. There’s plenty of space! We appreciated the pack n play and high chair as well as floats for the pool. There’s nice, clear instructions for everything. The pool and outdoor area are PHENOMENAL! The only downside is it’s kind of a drive to get to some places you may want to visit if you are on vacation (this was hard for us with small children but may not be an issue if you have older kids/adults). But overall it was a very comfortable stay and the hosts were very responsive and friendly. ##### Cara D.
