  • Welcome to your perfect getaway! This centrally located, new construction home has all you could possibly want on your next vacation. A heated pool and spa, BBQ area, deck with tiki hut, kayaks, office space, outdoor wet bar and kitchen with all the essential cookware. Let's not forget waterfront, canal access! Walking distance to a public park and short drive to groceries stores, restaurants and Downtown Ft Myers!
    Unfortunately the paddle boat in the pictures is no longer available.

    This spacious new construction home has an open floor plan that is perfect for entertaining.
    It offers 4 bedrooms, including an office space equipped with a day bed along with 3 bathrooms, one of which has access to the pool. A newly built deck with a tiki hut is available as well as a floating dock with kayaks and a pedal boat!

    - 4th Bedroom / Office: Offers a day bed (two twin beds) and work desk and chair.
    - The Living Room: Offers a large sectional sofa and accent chair.
    - The Dining Room: Table offers seating for 6 people
