  • Three bedroom, two bath, home in desirable Southwest with a heated pool. Home is close to downtown, restaurants, bars and activities. Beautiful caged pool. Large lanai with beautiful views of intersecting canals with western exposure. Watch the beautiful sunsets over the water. Home black stainless appliances, cabinets (the island seats three) and granite counter tops throughout the home. Home features three bedrooms. One large master bedroom with King bed and sliding glass doors that go out to the lanai and pool area. Master bedroom has walk-in closet, 43 inch flat screen TV and master bath. Master bath has walk-in shower. On the other side of the home there are two bedrooms and a bath. The bath has a shower and tub unit. The second bedroom is large with a queen bed, 43 inch screen and large closet. Bedroom looks out over the canal and pool. The third bedroom has two twin beds with good size closet. There is a large living room with a 65 inch TV. There is a dining area with sliding glass doors that go out to the lanai and pool. The home has a laundry room with a washer, dyer and sink inside the house. Also, the home has all tile floors and an attached two car garage. The home has central air conditioning, free cable, electricity, free WIFI and all the conveniences of home.

Exactly what we needed!

Very nice and fully equipped pool home in a quiet neighborhood with great proximity to everything in Cape Coral. Would definitely stay here again when we return to Cape Coral. The host was very accommodating and answered all of our questions.

Perfect Peaceful Getaway

This house was one of the best we have ever stayed at. It was super clean, and the kitchen was extremely well stocked. The neighborhood was quiet, the pool was clean and warm, and the house was close to great restaurants. Andrea, the house manager was friendly, welcoming and helpful at check in and again at check out. We would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing pleasant stay

Our group had a wonderful time. My wife and I had stayed here previously and we decided to come back with some friends. The house and pool were perfect. Since the hurricane had just recently come through, the host did great with communicating with us beforehand to ensure everything was still safe and good to go. We had a great vacation and would definitely stay here again.

Delightful stay for two

My wife and I came for a lovely weeklong visit. The property was clean and had everything we needed. We spent almost every day lounging by the pool. The water was very warm. There was plenty of room for more people if we’d brought friends along. Highly recommend!

Favourtie spot...

We have rented house in Cape Coral for the last 4 or 5 years. This has been the best house so far... updated and every amentity. Owners and property manager were easy to get ahold of. We saw dolphins right off the dock and manatee swam by everyday.

Nice house

Nice house. The owner is very nice and quick to respond. The person in charge of the house was also very friendly. The house itself and the view is really good. The pool was first turned on when we arrived but never really warmed up. All in all a good house.

Very Much Like Being Home!

The owners have provided everything needed and more. The feeling was like being in our own home. The new living rm couch and chair (not what is shown in the listing) were very comfortable and high quality. The owner and property mgr. were both very responsive to questions and minor issues. We highly recommend this property and would not hesitate to rent again in the future. It's one of our favorite VRBO's.

What a gem!

Our vacation truly started with our communication with the owner Gus. The level of comfort he provided to us in answering every single question + inquiry we had during the booking process was incredible. Andrea, the property manager was a gem to work with. Loved the restaurant suggestions - many of which we checked out. We cannot begin to describe what an truly beautiful home this is. It completely felt like a home away from home. Tastefully furnished throughout and a kitchen so well stocked you literally only need your groceries. We enjoyed swimming in the pool each day and sitting down by the water. The only negative we experienced was getting 1 use out of the bbq before having to refill the propane tank. But probably couldn't be helped. We left it full for the next person! Without a doubt we would rebook this property as it met all of our wants, needs + wishes and dealing with the owner + property manager was a very welcomed experience.

The pool was certainly the highlight as the daily temps of 84 degrees matched perfectly. Interior well designed with everything you would need! Especially in the kitchen! Overall a very good choice for your stay. One last thing thing we were very surprise how quick it is to FM beach! Will schedule a trip again!

My communication was directly with the owner and he was wonderful to work with.The patio is beautiful and would spend most days out there or floating in the pool. We stayed for 5 weeks and would do so again.

Host is awesome! The beds were comfortable.The weather didn’t cooperate, so 2 of us out of 6 only went in once. But very nice lanai. The couch and chairs were not that comfortable. But for how much time we spent there they were OK.

I cant tell you how amazing this place is! Its beautiful, clean, very well taken care of! The pool was wonderful. We loved sitting on the dock in the evening! The neighbors were excellent! We were 20-30 minutes from everything! I would recommend this place over and over!!!

If I could give this home more than 5 stars, I would. We didn't want to leave so we stayed 3 more days !! Every appliance, every amenity, anything kitchen you might want is provided. Washer/Dryer laundry soap & dryer sheets are provided. Even had fun paddling the kayak down the channel. Pool is very nice and has some pool accessories plus toys for kids to take to the beach. Will plan on staying here again !

This was a great location in cape coral, very open, the view was great and saw manatees, dolphins, iguanas, and did some fishing off the dock. The house was stocked with beach supplies and some fiahing equipment although we used oir own fishing gear, it was nice to have. The bedrooms were spacious and loved the open floor plan. We will recommend this place in the future for any family or friends who come in town!

Florida Getaway

Relaxing family getaway in Cape Coral. The house was exactly as described. Came with every ammenity needed for a great stay. The house had a pack n play for the baby, coolers, beach toys, and beach umbrellas for beach excursions. Very clean.

Great Vacation Home

This home has everything you need for an amazing stay except groceries! Publix is less than 5 minutes away, so that’s easily remedied! I definitely recommend!
