Three generations really enjoyed our stay at this property. The communication with Robert was always very prompt and helpful from the time of booking to when we checked in. We didn’t have any issues which meant one less thing to think about on a family vacation. The pool and game room were a big hit. What an enjoyable week, and the coziness and location of this home made it even better. We really enjoyed the lanai and the screened pool area. Perfect for keeping the gnats and mosquitos out. Speaking of the pool, there were plenty of pool towels included for our stay. The kitchen was well equipped and perfectly open to the dining and living area. Although we did not used the bikes or kayaks this trip, it was nice to have the opportunity if we chose to. The property is wonderful, quiet neighborhood, easy check in, home is clean and well kept, pool is nicely heated, comfortable beds, fun game room & rigged fishing poles. The one and only complaint I had is the heating/cooling system is not able to be adjusted, and at times it was freezing. I know it's Florida and boo-hoo, I was cold, but at one point the temp read 68F and the air conditioner was still running.
