Blind Pass Condos at Bowman's Beach D201: Blind Pass Condominiums on Sanibel are the only condos in the quiet and natural environment of Bowman's Beach. The condo association is close to Captiva Island, Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge and it's an ideal location for biking. The short 5-6 minute walk to the beach is through the wonderfully landscaped and scenic grounds. It is over a footbridge and on a private path with no roads to cross! This leads to a beautiful private part of Bowman's Beach - famous for its shells, birds and sunsets! The grounds have a very clean and beautiful large Heated Pool, 2 tennis/pickleball courts, and free kayaks that can be used on the bayou.

Living room: 1 pull-out queen size sofa bed

Bedroom and Bathrooms: The spacious king primary bedroom has plenty of storage space for your personal items. The guest bedroom with two queen beds also is roomy, and has a large walk-in closet where all your beach items are stored. Both bathrooms have step-in showers and have been beautifully renovated in 2024. Bedrooms have flatscreen TVs.

Kitchen: The kitchen has plenty of storage space and a passthrough counter to the dining area. The washer/dryer are side by side in a closet with folding doors for your convenience.

Dining and Living Area: The dining table easily seats eight, and the adjacent screened porch with table and chairs is a pleasant place for your morning coffee or evening beverage. The living area has two sofas for your comfort. The living room has a flat screen TV. The screened porch off the living area also has been renovated in 2024 and has a new tiled floor with table and chairs to seat six.
