Great home in Cape Coral!

If you are considering staying at this home, don’t hesitate! Kids loved the large TVs, game room and ping pong table. The home was spotless and either new or recently renovated. All furniture was nice/new, neighborhood was nice and safe and access to the canal in your backyard. Even caught a few fish. Greg responds very quickly although we had no issues at the home. House is located near many restaurants and grocery stores and about 30 minutes from RSW. Will definitely stay again next time we are in the area!

This was a beautiful home! It was spotless, and had everything needed to make a stay effortless, all the amenities, extra bedding, toiletries, dishes, towels, etc. The host Greg was so accommodating and gracious. I would highly recommend this vacation rental.

Great place and the price was very reasonable for what you get. Very spacious, we had a group of 7 adults and we had room to spare. The house is situated on the canal and it has pretty views especially at sunset. It was central to all the things we had planned in the area, so while not super close to the beach it was a fairly short drive to everything we wanted to do. Super clean and inviting atmosphere. Definitely would stay here again if we are in the area.

Such a beautiful house and so welcoming we were in town for a family party for two nights and it didn’t disappoint. Only thing you gotta make sure you read the directions carefully there were two different door codes sent and was hard to find out which one it was

Uns hat das Haus sehr gut gefallen. Jegliche Annehmlichkeiten waren vorhanden, Tolle Ausstattung und super Einrichtung. Gute Lage, gut angebunden und ruhig in einer reinen Wohnsiedlung. Wir hatten wunderbare Tage und bedanken uns bei der Gastgeber Familie.
