    Villa Boca is a cozy three bedroom and two full bathroom vacation villa situated in the highly desirable center of Cape Coral. The home is conveniently located within minutes to restaurants and shopping. If you enjoy tranquility but being in the center of great amenities you have come to the right place.
    This location offers a quick drive to all central locations in Cape Coral. It is about 15 minutes to Matlacha, 30 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about 45 minutes to Florida International Airport.
    Guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of an immaculate, well designed and very open vacation home.
    Villa Boca features the unique Florida style of the owner, the bedrooms are all located on the right side of the home with the bathrooms and the left side features the main living space such as kitchen, nook area, formal dining, kitchen and living room. The home is nicely set up with two king size bedrooms as well as a third room featuring a queen and twin bed next to the guest/hallway bathroom.
    The Villa can fit up to 87 guests with this comfortable set up.
    For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
    From the galley style, fully equipped kitchen you have an amazing view of the pool and lanai for great entertainment.
    Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

    Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, al fresco dining, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool, just relaxing and enjoying the piece.

I would say the property is average.

I would say the property is average. The biggest complaint would be the bed mattress and pillows. They seem worn out in both cases. The team members and staff were awesome. Very polite and friendly.
