This lovely 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom electric-heated pool home with gulf access is centrally located in the heart of Cape Coral and is conveniently close to shopping centers and a variety of restaurants. It also has easy connections to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, and the Fort Myers Airport. KEY FEATURES: This home has bicycles and a ping pong table for guests. Living Room: As you enter Villa Lilly, you will appreciate its cozy environment. The large living room furnished with comfortable reclining couches invites you to linger in front of the TV or enjoy a chat with friends and family. Kitchen/Dining Room: The kitchen has lovely granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of counter space for you to prepare memorable meals for your friends and loved ones. Denny (who was in charge of checking us in) was very helpful and responded within a couple of hours when we had any questions or concerns. We really liked that they provided us with a binder full of information about restaurants and activities to do since this was our first time in Cape Coral. We also enjoyed having the pool to ourselves and fishing in the canal. Our only main concerns or problems we had was the first day we got there we noticed that the cleaning was very poorly done. The glass table had fingerprint smudges, the floors had streaks on them and the glass doors of the main shower were very dirty. Also, that same day we wanted to get in the pool but noticed that it was very green and cloudy. They did resolve the pool issue pretty quick but couldn't get in until 2 days later. Another big issue we had was that a couple days later we noticed that the kitchen sink was leaking everytime we turned on the water. Someone did come by to take a look at it that day but didn't do anything so we had to call them again because we couldn't use the sink and it was starting to cause a problem. Another person came by and temporarily fixed the problem. We wanted to use the grill but it was kind of dirty and the gas tank was empty. For the amount of money we paid we expected the place to be in great conditions and everything ready to go for us to use. I do got to say that we definitely loved the beds. They're so comfy and had a good night's sleep. We also really appreciated that they let us check in a couple hours before 4pm.
