About this property

Cozy Cottage - quaint and comfy - 5 blocks to the beach, 1 block to Mason Ave.

  • The Cozy Cottage is in the historical district of Cape Charles. The backyard has a nice little patio and a very private outdoor shower. The front porch has a nice swing where you can sit back and relax.

    The first floor has a newly remodeled kitchen with bar seating and is open to the main room with a kitchen table, chairs, and a loveseat. There is a half bath on the first floor. There is also a living room on the first floor with a TV, soundbar, and wrap around couch.

    All 3 bedrooms are upstairs (The stairs are pretty steep). The main bedroom has a queen size bed, a make up table, and a roku tv. The big kid's room has a twin xl bunk bed, a twin xl size bed, and a roku tv. The third bedroom room has a bunk bed, full mattress on bottom, twin on top.

    The full bath is at the end of the hall with a tub/shower combo that has been updgraded for 2025.
