First, it is in a great location. Only a three minute walk to the nearby beach. Where we were able to see a Falcon Heavy launch and return of the boosters! Second, the unit was so clean and in great repair! We were impressed by the amount of linens available, extra blankets and heat were a bonus when Florida delivered a cold snap while we were visiting. Third, it is so well stocked! Kitchen had everything we needed to be able to cook while we were there. The laundry had everything needed for a beach day from coolers, a beach wagon to haul items in to beach chairs and boogie boards. Forth, it was close to everything we wanted to do and not far from some amazing outdoor restaurants. We will definitely stay again and will be recommending this to family and friends.
