Only a 1-2 min walk to the beach, and only 45 min-1 hour to Disney World, Seaworld and Universal Studios, the house provides you with everything you need to enjoy an unforgettable stay in a home away from home. With a total of4 queen size beds, this property sleeps 8 comfortably. Here is what the house includes:

You can also watch a rocket launch, explore the Kennedy Space Center, take a cruise from Port Canaveral, win big on an evening casino cruise, play a round of golf at one of the many courses, or eat a delicious meal and at of the fantastic local restaurants. Even better, to add on to your beach vacation, you can take a short drive (45 min-1 hour) to some of the best attractions in the world, Disney World, Universal Studios, and Seaworld. Cape Canaveral is the perfect location for guests wanting a mix of both beach relaxation and theme park thrills!

We were thrilled at how adorable this home was. It is older, but is so cutely upgraded. It was cozy, comfortable and clean. We also loved that it was a simple walk to the beach!

Stayed here two night prior to cruise. Great location walking distance to the beach and short drive to the port. Traveled a few days after hurricane Milton came thru and had questions about the conditions in the area. Host communicated quickly and let me know of minor changes to furnishings. Would stay her again.

My family love our stay. Everything we needed just brought our own food. It’s a VERY EASY walk to the beach. With the supplied chairs and umbrellas we had a great time. The host had great recommendations for restaurants. Over all would recommend. 5star!

Loved how close to the beach it was. Perfect for our small group. It is about 1 min walk to the beach. It was a 7 min drive to the cruise port. Also, we could see the rocket launch from the beach clearly! Nice place.

#### Perfect for family

The house was absolutely perfect for me and my little family. We loved how close it was to the beach literally walking to the end of the block. My kids enjoyed the backyard and even got to chase a few lizards. I will definitely book this home again the next time we come to the cocoa beach area.

This was a quick stop for a night before going on a Carnival cruise. But the property was amazing, it was steps in the beach and all communication with Alex was quick and fantastically on point. I would definitely visit again
