We really enhance enjoyed our stay here. The host was very responsive over email to any questions we had and the place was perfect for our work vacation on a beach side location. We were here for the launch Artemis and gotta say the location of this place is perfect for someone who wants close access (2 min walk) to a quiet beach without the crowds ( believe me it gets busy on Cocoa beach). We were still very close to cocoa beach, (\~5 min drive) so whenever we wanted to it was very easy to drive there for awesome restaurants, tiki bars, etc. The plus is you can see rocket launches from the this condo or nearby beach if you don’t want to drive out for them. Would definitely return to this place again and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to be near a quiet beach with no crowds, yet close enough to cocoa beach to join in the crowds! ##### Bryan S. Being near the top of Cape Canaveral, the rental is about a block from the beach while being more secluded where there are less beach goers compared to the Cocoa Beach or boardwalk locations. There is a cute patio outside the master bedroom. The walk to the beach is short and the Cocoa Beach Pier is only about a 40 min beach walk! Port Canaveral is only a 5 min drive and has fresh fish caught daily. The owners were very easy to reach and super sweet! Check in and check out was a breeze. Definitely worth checking out!!
