A big hotel with amazing views. Rooms super comfortable and an unbelievable tranquility during the day and night.

-Room cleaning at 4.30 pm - Shower temp control so bad switches cold water and very hot water at its own. Dangerous to have shower, chances of burns. No effort by staff to rectify - No one responds to 900 only number provided for any help or service NOT A VERY HAPPY EXPERIENCE 😟

We stayed at Eurostars das Letras in Lisbon and had a generally pleasant experience, with a few hiccups. I booked a Junior Suite through Expedia, but upon check-in, we were given a room that felt smaller and didn’t match the suite shown online. We stayed one night thinking the photos might be misleading, but after checking the hotel’s website the next day, it was clear we were not in the correct room. We brought this to the front desk, and to their credit, they apologized and promptly moved us to the proper Junior Suite. They also offered complimentary breakfast for the rest of our stay. While appreciated, it felt like partial compensation since we didn’t get what we paid for on the first night. The new room was lovely, spacious, clean, with a comfortable bed and a balcony with a beautiful view of São Jorge Castle. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of hot and cold options. The location is decent, quiet and away from the busiest areas, but about a 25 to 30 minute walk to the city center. Overall, a comfortable stay with good service recovery, just double-check your room upon arrival.

Great stay! Location was perfect. We were able to walk to sites, shops and restaurants. Hosts were amazing. Kind and helpful, gave us an area overview and recommendations. Breakfast to the room every morning was more than expected! Convenient, plentiful and great selection of fresh food.

Sauna was broken. Pool area very small, had to use by appointment max 45 minutes per day....
